These Terms of Service are published in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
By accessing, browsing, or using Rangoli Sareewale ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Rangoli Sareewale is operated by Kishor Kumar Pathela, trading as RANGOLI-2, a Proprietorship registered under the laws of India (GST No. 10AURPP7535N2ZZ), with its principal place of business at GT Road, Punjabi Market, Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar — 821115.

You may create an account using your mobile number via OTP verification. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
- All product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- The total price displayed at checkout includes product price, delivery charges, and all applicable taxes — with a clear breakdown.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.
- Country of origin, fabric details, and care instructions are displayed on each product page.
We guarantee that all products sold on Rangoli Sareewale are 100% authentic. We source directly from verified weavers, artisans, and authorized manufacturers. If you receive a product you believe is not genuine, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment or COD acceptance. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with immediate refund where applicable.
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped at no charge.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please use our Returns process instead.
- We do not impose cancellation charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- If we cancel an order on our end, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we do not use pre-ticked checkboxes or manipulative design patterns to obtain your consent. All purchase decisions require explicit, affirmative action from you.
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false or misleading product reviews
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
- Interfere with the Platform's operations or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape content or place orders
- Engage in price manipulation or fraudulent transactions
All content on Rangoli Sareewale — including product images, descriptions, designs, logos, and code — is our intellectual property or used with authorization. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rangoli Sareewale shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue arising from use of the Platform
- Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We aim to resolve all complaints amicably within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation before proceeding to litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours with a ticket number and resolved within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or a prominent banner on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
