Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We are a prepaid-only store. You can pay securely online via UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment partner.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid through secure online payment, which lets us dispatch your order faster.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched from My Orders, or by messaging us on WhatsApp, for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Orders cannot be modified after placement — please cancel and re-order if you need a change.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days everywhere in India, with no separate timeline for remote areas. Need it sooner? Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for ₹99 extra. Enter your pincode on any product page to see an estimated delivery date.
Do you deliver to my area?
We ship across India via Delhivery. A few pincodes are not serviceable yet — enter your pincode on any product page to instantly check whether we deliver to you.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹69 applies — the same everywhere, with no remote-area surcharge.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive tracking details over WhatsApp and email. You can also track it any time from the Track Order section in your profile.

Exchanges & Refunds

What is your exchange policy?
If your size doesn’t fit, you can request a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery (one exchange per item). We arrange a free pickup and bear the re-shipment cost. We don’t offer change-of-mind returns — see our Exchanges & Refunds page for full details.
When do I get a refund?
Refunds apply where the policy allows — for example if your exchange size is out of stock, or for an approved damaged, defective or wrong-item claim. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, and include shipping charges.
I received a damaged, defective or wrong item — what do I do?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (a short video is needed for major damage). Once verified, we offer a replacement first, then a coupon, and a refund if you’re still not satisfied. We arrange a free pickup of the item.
Are any products non-exchangeable?
No — the same policy applies across all categories, all prices and all customers. Note that minor colour differences from your screen, and small natural variation in embroidery or print, are not grounds for an exchange.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a detailed size chart. Refer to it and compare with a garment that fits you well before ordering. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right size.
Will the colour match exactly what I see online?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variation in colour can occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting.
