  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS with tracking details

Once your order is shipped, you can track it by:

  • Visiting My Orders in your profile
  • Using the tracking link sent via WhatsApp/SMS
  • Contacting our customer support team

We partner with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and other regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The delivery partner is assigned based on your pin code for the fastest service.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts (typically 2-3 attempts)
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return. For COD orders, no charge is applied.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery or contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
