We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, delivered by our courier partner Delhivery. International shipping is not available at this time. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify delivery availability.
One promise for every pincode — metros, smaller towns, North-East India, J&K, Ladakh and the islands all get the same 3–5 day window. No remote-area surcharge or extended timeline.
Need it sooner? Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for a flat ₹99 extra.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions.

We are a prepaid-only store — pay securely online via UPI, cards, wallets or netbanking. Cash on Delivery is not offered. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment, with a clear breakdown of all fees.

- Your order is confirmed only after online payment is successfully captured
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation via WhatsApp and Email with tracking details
You can track your order at every stage — Order Confirmed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered — by:

- Using the tracking link sent via WhatsApp and Email
- Contacting our customer support team
All orders are shipped via Delhivery, one of India's most trusted logistics networks, for safe and timely delivery. Delivery attempts, OTP verification at delivery and return handling follow Delhivery's standard policies.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- The recipient being unavailable after Delhivery's standard delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order follows Delhivery's standard Return-to-Origin (RTO) process and comes back to us. You then receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the returned parcel reaching us.
If a package arrives tampered or open, please do not accept the delivery. If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos (and a short video for major damage). We'll arrange a free replacement, coupon or refund. See our Exchanges & Refunds Policy for details.
