This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Rangoli Sareewale (operated by Kishor Kumar Pathela, trading as RANGOLI-2, a Proprietorship registered under GST No. 10AURPP7535N2ZZ), having its principal place of business at GT Road, Punjabi Market, Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar — 821115, is the Data Fiduciary responsible for processing your personal data.
We collect the following categories of personal data:

- Transaction Data: Order history, payment method used (we do not store card/UPI details directly)

All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.
We retain your personal data for the following periods:
- Account data: Until you delete your account or request erasure
- Order & transaction data: 8 years from the date of transaction (as required under the Income Tax Act and GST regulations)
- Communication logs: 3 years for customer support quality and dispute resolution
- Analytics data: 26 months in anonymized form
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
